In the event of luggage delay on an outbound flight, customers can enter their property irregularity number on Berlin Direkt Versicherung’s online platform to receive an instant payment of €50. The compensation is processed either via bank transfer or PayPal, aiming to mitigate the inconvenience caused by travel delays.

This innovative full-service travel protection package aligns with Berlin Direkt Versicherung’s corporate vision of simple insurance with added value for their partners and customers.
